Building Momentum in Berlin – delivering real progress in Hessen

The Berlin Dispute Resolution Days at the Bundesrat on 10th September 2025 impressively demonstrated the momentum behind the establishment of Germany’s new Commercial Courts and Commercial Chambers. Representatives from several federal states presented their courts, shared first experiences and offered insights into the future direction – from the adjustment of the guidelines to possible best practices.

Hesse and the representative members from the Commercial Court Frankfurt played a key role: Prof. Dr. Skauradszun and Dr. Christine Schmidt opened the event with a contribution in front of the Frankfurt Skyline, underlining the importance of our location for Germany’s economic strength and international competitiveness.
